COCOA
BEHIND THE BEANS ETHICAL TRADE,
FOR ALL.
THE GOODS Every Three Mountains bean is grown by farmers living in traditional villages, situated next to the Mirisa Hills forest reserve. The cocoa genetic diversity of the area is thought to include Amelonado, Criollo, Forastero and Trinitario beans. These trees are neighbours to the UNESCO conservation programs, which have influenced our cocoa growing communities to develop regenerative agricultural practises, further supporting reforestation efforts in the area.
Kome Ghana The Kome blend is the collective flavour of the Three Mountains communities. Available throughout the year, Kome provides a premium staple for any quality chocolate maker. Grown organically, our blend is produced with a passion for regenerative practices that support the future of agricultural biodiversity.

Single Farm Limited Quantity. Crop Circle 2024/2025.
Single farm cocoa beans can be traced back to the exact farm location and time period of the picking the pod. Hailing from one of eight communities who collectively work to strict organic farming principles, each cocoa flavour profile is specific to the terroir of the individual field. The cocoa trees are found on the forest edge and hold a unique personality that develops from the farmer who grew them. From field to fermentation, the story of the cocoa is held in the same hands right through to the sun drying process.
