ETHOS
  • Sustainability: Not Just a Word, But a Founding Principle.

Our ethos is rooted in an unwavering commitment to sustainable growth, responsible business practices, and positive social and environmental impact.

We enhance local economies by creating job opportunities and investing in projects which add value to our company and the communities we serve. By operating with integrity and transparency across our value chain, we provide cooperative members with sustainable resources and ensure the highest possible premiums are returned to the people who produce our fine cocoa.

  • We adhere to strict business ethics principles, avoiding corruption and bribery all too often associated with the industry, and Three Mountains Cocoa actively pursue partnerships with local and international organisations to promote the sustainable development of cocoa-producing communities.

Our organic certification and our pursuit of Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and Regenerative Agriculture certifications are a testament to our dedication to economic responsibility, ensuring more investments in infrastructure and operational enhancements reach our cocoa farmers and their communities.  We aim to educate and motivate cocoa farmers to embrace regenerative practices which puts them in direct control of their — and their community’s — future.
